Do I need to register for an account to purchase products from your online catalogue?
Yes, you need to create an account to purchase from our online catalogue. The account created is a service provided by Pansing Distribution that allows you to access online services in the OSS platform with a single ID and password created by us.
How do I register for an account in your online store?

  • Orders below $45 will incur a delivery charge of $4.50.
  • Orders above $45, free delivery. (terms & conditions apply)
  • Additional delivery surcharge of $15 will apply for areas under Jurong Island, Sentosa, Changi Airport.

How do I add items into the shopping cart?
To add items into shopping cart, please click "Add to Cart".
Can I amend items in my shopping cart?
Yes, you can amend the items in your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon at top right hand corner of our website. You can remove the items or change quantity. Click "-" or "+" and update your cart items if you would like to change the quantity.
How do I place my order?
Once you are ready to place your order, click "Proceed to Checkout" in your cart. You will be brought to the checkout page at Goguru. Review your order summary and click "Place Order" to proceed to payment (Note: Please ensure your order is accurate before placing an order as no changes are accepted once payment is made).
How do I use a promotional code?
Enter the promotional code at checkout and click ‘Apply’. Promotional codes are valid for one-time use only.

Product Availability

How do I know if the product in the online catalogue is available?
In the event that any products are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, our customer service staff will contact you. If an order contains 1 item that is out of stock, we will still process and deliver the remaining items. Our customer service staff will process a refund for the 1 item that is out of stock.

Return & Exchange

How do I know if the product in the online catalogue is available?
We do not accept a return or exchange upon successful payment of your order unless it is due to wrong/damaged item delivered. If you receive any wrong/damaged item(s), please contact us within 3 working days upon the receipt of your order.
